Best by 02-17-25. Poured into my stout mug.

L -- Lightly hazy, pale gold with a thick & dense white head.

S -- Light bready malts with light citrus hops.

T -- Sweetish malt extract character up front with a somewhat harsh, herbal hop bitterness back. The bitterness folds into a somewhat solvent finish and aftertaste.

F -- Mouthfeel is soft to syrupy with a crisp finish and medium-light body.

O -- Another throwback pub-brewed beer from this brewery -- reminiscent of the 80s and 90s. Not undrinkable, just not crisp, clean, and malty as a good light lager ought to be.

Notes via stream of consciousness: It's poured a hazy golden body beneath a short head of white foam. The aroma is bready and grainy. The head doesn't seem to be holding very well but we'll see. The taste delivers a surprisingly grainy malt that's sweetish but balanced by a firm bitterness and threaded through with some mild herbal and spicy hops. There's a very light touch of apple-like fruitiness from the yeast as well but no more than would be expected; even Budweiser has some apple to it. In the mouth it's medium bodied and crisp, and unfortunately a little bit astringent. As expected, the head didn't hold up, nor did it leave much in the way of lacing but it's really the lack of clarity that hurts the appearance. I'll assume that they don't filter but you can still achieve a basically clear beer with lagering time and some Biofine in the brite tank. All in all it's a decent golden lager but far from great.
Review #9,139 ~ this should be #9,140 but I've apparently lost a review somewhere in the last hour or so

L:. Pours a clear golden straw yellow with a really large foamy head that dissipates quickly and leaves a few fingers of lacing.

S:. Strong floral hop meets the nose first, followed by crackers malt, very little sweetness, comes off fairly dry.

T:. Notes of corn, a touch of sweet cereal malt, multi-grain crackers and a touch of floral hop.

F:. Very crisp and easy drinking.

O:. This is a very enjoyable lager, would be a great beach beer.
