Nightmare Quad

Pours a burgundy-brown with a heavy fog to the translucency. Head is a finger and a half of khaki foam. Aroma is roasty, nutty, and caramely malts with heavy fog and toffee. Molasses, and sticky hops develop more as the beer warms. Flavor profile is malt thick - caramely and bready malts, with heavy fig, raisins, and molasses sprinkled in between. Mild sticky hops. It has a heavy presence, with a light alcohol burn at the back. Mouth feel is medium-thick with a fuzzy texture. Kinda soft, light effervescence, which feels like it's been stomped and flattened out some by heavy booze. Overall, a heavy, solid quad.
