A modern approach to craft lagers. This Czech-style pilsner was made with extra pale pilsner malt and Saaz hops resulting in an immensely clean, crisp, refreshing beer with exquisite drinkability.

12oz can. Bottom stamp is off-center but appears to be a canning date of 'CRAFTED ON 01/02/25'.
Clear for clarity, straw colored body. One thin finger of white head with the pour and this extends as an island and a ring. Leaves behind a few scattered small lacing spots.
Aroma is mostly toasted malts along with a bit of fruity and spicy hops.
Taste is sweet with toasted grain malts. Additional flavors of green apple and hop spice. A light sour touch, along with a hint of sulfur minerality. Mostly malts in the aftertaste, which is moderate in length (asks for another sip).
Medium mouthfeel. Has a minor bitter bite, but it is momentary. Good carbonation.
Good for thirst quenching and as a pairing with brats, steak, or spicy Thai or Mexican food.

Clear light golden color with a decent frothy white head.
The aroma is very mild light caramel malt and a touch of floral hops.
The taste is likewise, light caramel malt, slightly sweet , a hint of lemon and dry finish with lingering floral hops, minimal bitterness.
The body is light, plenty of carbonation, smooth and very drinkable.
Altogether, this is a tasty and refreshing brew, just rightr for cooling off on a hot summer day or washing down some barbecue.
