Very dark brown, opaque, with a decent tan with good retention.
The aroma is roasted malt, caramel and dark bread.
The taste is medium roasted malt, caramel and hints of fresh bread and chocolate.
The body is medium, good carbonation, smooth and very drinkable. Altogether, this is actually a very tasty and enjoyable brew, refreshing. It should go well with most food, especially hearty fare, barbecue, very nice as a cooler, good anytime, well done.

Pours a deep dark brown with two fingers of tan foam. It has pretty good retention. Aroma is wafers, crackers, and toast malts, with a little caramel and toffee. Flavor profile is wafers, crackers, toast, and bread for malts. It has a touch of caramel and toffee. Light grassy hops and late baker's chocolate round it out. Mouth feel is medium in thickness. Texture is a harsh fuzzy with a little extra prickliness at the start. Overall, light in body, but dark in notes. Pretty fun and fair.
