22 oz bottle split two ways. Pours out a dark reddish amber with beige head.
Aroma malty - caramel sweetness with hoppy citrus notes, bit of earthiness.
Taste follows - sweetness of caramel malts with distinct hoppy bitterness - grapefruit, orange rind - well balanced with malt and hops.
Creamy medium mouthfeel - bitterness builds and lingers. Really tasty.

Nice red colour, fully filtered. Lotsa head. Smells medium-strongly of hops, can smell the Cascade more. Good amount of hops and bitterness all the way through Really bubbly, could do with a little less honestly! Good hoppy ale, almost an IPA. Would buy again, about 6 bucks CA so great value.
