Aromas of cherries , plums and molasses are complemented by notes of vanilla and oak in this complex , strong , dark ale. After aging in Woodford Reserve Bourbon and Rye whiskey barrels for 10 months , our 2016 Barlewine has mellowed and matured into the perfect wintertime , fireside sipper , Cheers!

A-pour is dark brown from from the bottle to glass with a small tan head leaving a streaky lace along the snifter
S-whisky
T-barrel aged whisky up front , with a dry molasses finish
MF-ok carbonation , full bodied
Ov-only bought the one beer , maybe worth another look
