From the Hip is a refreshingly complex Belgian-style strong ale brewed with rose hips. It pours a hazy, glowing golden color with a fluffy, white head. The aroma entices with light perfume-like floral notes, to be followed by balanced flavors redolent of citrus, spice, and honey. The grist is 1/3 malted wheat, lending plush mouthfeel.

Hazy gold pour with a very fluffy white head. The beer's nose breaks out the florals and spice. Euro ingredients like Styrian Goldings hops and trappist yeast give this blonde a real Belgian authenticity. Citrus, spice flavor and a substantial mouthfeel give the beer a robust, lively bite. The first type of beer that Grimm brewed, and it's still a winner.
