Plink is a brett-forward, mixed culture sour ale featuring hibiscus and orange zest. The hibiscus contributes earthy and fruity tartness against a background of citrus. Complexly layered acids produce an assertively sour quencher that is clean, rewarding, and thought-provoking.

On tap at The Well Brooklyn. Poured a raspberry color with a good amount of pinkish head. The smell was sour fruit and floral. Starts tart then eases into a sour citrus and raspberry flavor with some floral herbiness to finish it off. Very crisp and light. Very good Wild Ale by Grimm! A good does of tart in a flavorful beer.

Pours an awesome pink-purple color.
Super sour dark fruits, citrus, habiscud, and spice. Medium body and moderate carbonation.
Overall a really nice sour; one of my favs from them.

Pours a vibrant ruby red. Had a nice fruity and tart aroma. Tastes just like it smells with a great fruity hibiscus flavor. Has a nice tart feel with appropriate carbonation. Overall a solid beer.
