From the same mixed culture that brought you Lucky Cloud, Rubus Rebus, Boysen Rebus, and Plink. Complex farmhouse notes with pineappley brett and lactic acidity. Big, jammy apricot flavors and even some fruit particles in suspension! Barkeeps, avoid restrictor valves on this one; as with Rubus and Boysen, this is brewed with about 30% fruit puree by volume. Light dry-hopping with Azacca. Brewed at Flagship on Staten Island.

No bottling date. Had this beer as an alternative to champagne, and it was delicious. Lightly tart and fruity, with great carbonation. The look was a little colorless, but much like a champagne. Nice mouthfeel, but not the most intriguing.

L: An overly light yellow like an IPA.
S: A strong apricot body.
T: A simple strong note of apricot with a clean sharp tart finish. A very clean, crisp, simple beer without any uniqueness
F: Apricot beer.
O: A simple apricot beer with nothing else. Not a bad beer.

Creamy orange juice, no pulp--i.e. opaque and lacking almost any visible carbonation on top.
Smell is apricot, pear, earth, and carrot.
Taste is tart apricot and carrot juice, with an earthy element, and some backing pear.

On-draught @ The Ginger Man NYC. Notes are regrettably brief given the crowded environment.
Aroma is muted, but hints at pureed apricot.
Taste brings the apricot fruit. Tart and acidic, with mellow 5/10 sourness. Lactic acid from the bacteria mingles gorgeously with the sourness and fruit. Balanced if a bit simplistic for a wild ale. Hits all the key flavours, and the mouthfeel is about right though it could be softer and juicier.
Drinkable enjoyable fare from a solid brewery. I'd like to see this offered in cans.
High B- (3.50) / WORTHY
