More vanilla than usual in the pop series, but another well made entry. Feel has the nice balance of carbonation and sweet creamy smoothness. Smell is vanilla, orange, grapefruit, bubble gum, and some grassy hops. Taste is sweet fruits and vanilla forward with bubbly wheat and lemongrass on the finish.

Light, citrus smell with lemon and grapefruit notes dominating. Lighter (brighter) yellow color on pour with small head. Taste is citrus and sour, with hints of sweetness from the vanilla and milk sugar. While hit the palate as light and sour, doesn't not pucker the mouth with more intense sour to the degree of most Grimm sours, but rather becomes smooth and rounded after it goes down. This is probably the most unique quality of this beer after trying many Grimm sours. Good overall, and one of their better Berliner Weisse beers I have tried thus far.

L: Golden yellow in color. Moderate unfiltered appearance. Bubbly ring around perimeter with some lacing.
S: Pineapple, lemon, vanilla with some earthy/grassy aromas.
T: Up front citrus acidity and tartness with vanilla sweetness that lingers on the finish. Embodies tart, sour, sweet, and earthy properties. Really love the taste. Tart initially with sweet and slightly bitter finish.
F: Light bodied. Moderate carbonation with slight fizz.
O: Another fantastic edition to the Pop! series. I've very much enjoyed Grimm's Pop!, and this is no exception. This may be one of my favorites. I am very grateful to have tried. Cheers!

Looks hazy and almost opaque, with a small white head. Decent retention. Spotty lacing.
Smells tart and sweet with vanilla yogurt, passion fruit, lemonade, white grape, and lime.
Tastes sweeter than the aroma, with vanilla, lemon candy, and pear kicking in. Some mild tartness of yogurt, lemon zest, and green apple skin is there.
Feels light but not watery, moderately carbonated, lightly creamy, lightly dry and clean.

Hazy golden color allures the eyes. As you smell the beer you get an intense smell of vanilla very quickly overpowered by the strong sour and tart flavor of the beer, followed by some light citrus and sweetness. Taste is all of the above if not better. Strong tartness, a little hop flavor from the mosaic, and a crisp bright finish. Feel is perfect for a sour.

Pours a pale, slightly hazy yellow with some fine, wispy foam.

Smell is sweet at first with rich vanilla youghurt, before adding a nice tartness on the back of some lime and passionfruit.

Taste is mildly tart and youghurty, with notes of lime, passionfruit, grapes and grape skins. A bit dry on the finish that also hints at some sweetness.

Mouthfeel is thin to medium and a bit creamy, with sparkly carbonation.

Overall, a terrific sweet and sour dessert beer, super drinkable.

Label says “dessert Berliner weisse”. Goes well as appetitive. Very refreshing. Milk sugar is nearly not recognizable. Sweet and sour. But much more sour than sweet.

This one pours a slightly hazy light yellow, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like sour grapefruit, lemon, vanilla cream, grassy funk, and weed.

This is a fairly simple take on the dessert sour style, but it's still very tasty. It's well-hopped, with Mosaic providing ample sour grapefruit and a bit of dankness. There's a bit of added vanilla sweetness, creamy, and a solid lemony tartness.

This is medium bodied, creamy and surprisingly full for the lower ABV, with a very high level of drinkability.

This stuff isn't quite on the level of somewhat similar beers from HVB, but it's still enjoyable.

This is an unusual Berliner Weisse brewed with Mosaic Hops, vanilla, and milk sugar. I was not a fan. I don't think the vanilla/milk goes with the sour-wheat flavor, which also was subdued.

Look: hazy yellow with an inch white head

Aroma: lemon, vanilla

Taste: Sweet and sour wheat, lemon, lactose and vanilla, mild mosaic hops.

Feel: light-medium

Poured into a a stange.
The appearance was a mild glossy yellow color with a nice chill haze to it. Soft sheet of white foamy head sat atop and glided off fairly quick. Just a whimsical little bit of concave lace that slides with the sips.
The aroma had a sweet lemon juice up front then some sweet cream/lactose quality playing with some vanilla. I didn't really smell the Mosaic through out the beer.
The flavor yields to the sweetness initially meshing the lemon juice to the sweet cream/lactose and vanilla. Mild aftertaste of the lemon, cream and lactose.
The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. ABV seemed as promised, which helped it be a sessionable beer. Carbonation felt somewhat soft allowing the beer to have some stickiness to it. Smooth creamy finish with the lemon.
Overall, I personally liked this beer but how is this a Berliner weisse? There's no 'sour-ed wheat' whatsover. And if the brewer did put sour-ed wheat in this then his use of the adjuncts in this seemed to cover up a bit too much.

Green, yellow color with a solid haze. Minor head which leaves only some random streaks for lace.

Classic weedy aroma of the Mosaic hop. This covers up any sweetness or tartness that comes with a Berliner Weisse.

The flavor has a lemony sourness that I expect. The Mosaic hop is strong but kept in check with the tart. Above average body with a neutral to lower effervescence. The finish is more tart than sweet with a touch of bitterness.
