Deliciously tart with aromatics of orange blossoms, underripe mango, raspberries, and kiwi. This beer has never been boiled, which gives it a malt character of fresh sourdough bread. It features Rakau, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops.

A: Pours a hazy pale bright yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate pale golden yellow + light golden honey colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense fizzy foamy bright white head that reduces to a medium sized patch of thin film surrounded by a large patch of very thin film covering a little more than 80% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of tart lemon citrus lacto with light to moderate aromas of slightly sour wheat + bready malts. Moderate aromas of tropical/guava, tropical/mango, citrus/orange, and tropical/strawberry hops.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of slightly sour wheat + bready malts with minimal amounts of sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of tart lemon citrus lacto and an almost yogurty note. Finally there are moderate flavors of tropical/guava, tropical/mango, citrus/orange, and tropical/strawberry hops which impart a hint of bitterness which is quickly overtaken by moderate amounts of tartness/sourness.
M: Light to medium bodied with just shy of moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly heavier than moderate amounts of acidic prickliness.
O: Alcohol is well hidden and the hop flavors are quite pleasant but this beer is a just a bit too tart to be an easy drinker. Enjoyable.
