16oz. can into Night Shift stemware. Shared with schen9303.
These raspberry/blackberry beers always look great. Stunning color. Nose is seedy with a juicy, almost puckering tartness mixed with a certain jammy profile. Pungent and aromatic. Beer opens moderately tart. A touch briny almost. The saltiness isn't usually that apparent in gose. Heavy raspberry puree notes in the middle with a touch of funk. Juicy with a little seedy bitterness. Soft, mellow finish makes this one seem almost watered down at the end. Body is light with ample carbonation. Prickly and lively on the palate and goes down aggressive. Puckering, foamy finish.
Overall decent but again, the flavor almost feels watered down at times. Worth trying but it's not anything special.

Deep, deep red color--so deep even the head is pink. The blueberries and the dry hop process do a nice job of balancing the gose sourness. A really inventive brew!
