Had this at Sour Fest 2019 at Hops and Pie in Denver, CO. Dry hopped wild ale with guava and raspberries, I don't believe I've had that fruit combo in a beer before.
Has an amber like guava colored appearance. Cannot hold much of a head, settles in around 1/6", off white and the body is quite cloudy (i.e. not clear). The aroma went much harder for guava than raspberries, I believe guava is a lot cheaper than raspberries are.
Taste also seemed to lean harder on the guava and requisite sweetness thereof, sourness was a 6 on the 10pt wild scale. Raspberry contributed to drying up the mouth feel, which helped because guava is just too sweet for me sometimes and not much beyond that sugary aspect of it. We rarely talk about balance in wild ales, I think the sweetened lambics out there kind of ruined that desire to find 'balance' but this is a good example of where you can find balance by taking a dry fruit and a sweet fruit and ultimately you conclude the system works.

Light meets dark in a bright and breaming sour ale that's overcast with darker fruit flavors of raspberries. Grimm Artisanal Ales capture the essence of the random eclipse with a taste that's as robust as it is mild.
Medium mauve and cloudy to its core, the pastel purple beer rises with a creamy eggshell froth. Carrying the tangy scent of raspberries, a cocktail of all-things berries, citrus, cider and wine intertwine on the nose. Supple sweetness of honey, angel food cake and whole wheat bring a buffering softness to an early malt introduction.
As the sweetness wears off, much of the creaminess goes much the same way, leaving behind a fruit filled middle palate of raspberries along with subtleties of blueberry, blackberry, redcurrant, cranberry and plum. The underlying sourness of lime, guava, yuzu, green apple, white wine and gooseberry give the raspberries a tangy, dry and succinct taste of fully fermented fruit. Sour late, the peppery earthiness of the ale brings hints of burlap and an overall mossiness to the session.
Medium light in body, the beer is dry enough for utmost drinkability, crispness and cleanliness; but is also robust enough to satisfy the need for high culinary art for a take on American wild ale that's a great choice day or night.

Raspberry color with fresh raspberry and guava scent. A delight to look at and sniff. Taste is is sour raspberry with hint of guava. If you like sours, safe to say you will enjoy this beer. Really nothing bad to say about not as a fan of sour beers.

On tap at Grimm in Brooklyn.
Pours a pale reddish orange with fine, soapy head.
Smell is tart and juicy with notes of raspberries, guava and pineapple.
Taste is tart with just the right amount of acidity to balance the sweetness of the fruit, mainly raspberries and guava with a shot of pineapple juice. Soft, lingering grapefruit bitterness. Excellent balance.
Mouthfeel is medium with sparkling carbonation.
Overall, a terrific sour, great balance between sour, sweet and bitter.

16oz. can into Night Shift stemware.
Nice color. Almost pink fruit juice. Nose is raspberry and a bright mintiness. Pleasant but mellow. Beer opens seedy. Hints of raspberry, strawberry and fruit punch. More raspberry seed in the middle with a light, earthy bitterness. Not overly sour with some sweet, juicy fruit notes throughout. A light pucker on the finish. Solid. Body is light with ample carbonation. Prickly and foamy in the mouth and goes down juicy. Clean finish.
Nothing to complain about here but nothing that really stands out either. Pretty conservative overall.

Poured on draft at the brewery.
Pours a deep pink color with a finger of pinkish-white head. Has solid lacing and retention before settling into a thin ring.
The aroma brings notes of raspberry cream, tart fruit juice, and strawberries.
The flavor brings notes of raspberries, strawberries, fruit punch, and guava.
The feel is very light with good carbonation. Very crisp and dry.
Overall, a good wild ale that's closer to a fruit beer than anything. Still, highly drinkable and worth trying.

Decanted from a 16 oz (473 ml) can into a nonic pint; canned on 10/29/18.
A: Pours an opaque, pink color (think melted raspberry ice cream) with robust clearing leading to a two finger, light pink head formation, brief retention, and little lacing.
S: Lightly tangy. Aromas of guava and raspberry predominate, although overall there is a bit of unripened peach/nectarine and a citrus note. Slightly funky, funkier as it warms.
T: Tart but dry. Flavors of guava, raspberry, grapefruit pith, apricot, and toast. No notable bitterness.
M: Medium bodied with medium, rather persistent carbonation.
O: Really enjoyed this. Delicious, flavorful, well composed, fruit sour.
