Idaho 7 is the spotlight hop in Crystal Vibration, our newest IPA. At 7%, it packs immense strawberry and peach aroma with pink grapefruit, gummy peach rings, and tangerines on the palate. Oats lend a smooth fluffiness to the body and create the base for the gargantuan hop load!

16 oz can dated 3/9/2026, less than a month old.
Hops: Idaho 7, El Dorado, Mosaic
I don't drink much craft beer anymore, but when I do I make sure it's from a quality brewery like Grimm. This isn't my favorite from them, but it's still very good. Insanely juicy, pretty clean, soft. Just a tinge of bitterness on the backend.

Another IPA that should have been classified as a NEIPA vice an AIPA. Poured from a 16 oz. can into a pint glass, this beer features a hazy, straw gold color with a big foamy white head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma and taste include lots of citrus and tropical fruit. Grapefruit, mango and passionfruit are most prominent here, but there is also a sweet, candied fruit aspect as well. The decent level of finishing bitterness keeps the beer from being too sweet. Mouthfeel is juicy, smooth and somewhat sweet up front with good bitterness in the end. Overall, it goes down easy. I had it with a huge poke bowl and it enhance the meal very well.

Pours a pale yellow. Light hop aroma. Light fruity body followed by a bitter hop finish. Pretty bland. Flavors fall pretty flat. I'm unimpressed.

3/19/21 can from the brewery in Brooklyn. Pours and opaque slightly hazy straw gold with a finger of fluffy white head that lingers, nice lacing, smell is candied citrus, sticky mango and papaya, hints of coconut and marshmallow, taste is grapefruit skin, sweet grapefruit flesh coconut meat, mildly dank pithy bitterness on the finish, hints of guava, passionfruit, marshmallow, and tropical fruit juice, feel is medium bodied, creamy carbonation with mild carbonic bite. A fragrant tropical fruity treat with a nice amount of bitterness to balance it out.
