Notes: Idaho 7 is the spotlight hop in Crystal Vibration, our newest IPA. At 7%, it packs immense strawberry and peach aroma with pink grapefruit, gummy peach rings, and tangerines on the palate. Oats lend a smooth fluffiness to the body and create the base for the gargantuan hop load!

On tap, this was like the old school Grimm beers that bursts with both flavors and a bold juicy nose. Pineapple, dank grapefruit, orange peel, tangerine, orange juIce, apricot, lemon zest, graham cracker, toasted grains, biscuit and notes of light caramel or brown sugar trail with mild peppery spices along with floral accents. Really well balanced and full of flavors, this was smooth and easy to drink. So tasty that I had 2 with lunch.

Pours a hazy and murky orange color with a moderate white lathery head. The head displays average retention and soon dissipates.
The nose is both fruity and herbal, combining a tangy zest that packs some pungency. It opens with fruity and citrusy aromas, notes of peach, grapefruit, orange, lemon and strawberry. Herbal aromatics are piny, grassy, peppery and dank.
Although the taste has many fruity and juicy qualities, the overall balance tilts towards leafy and herbal hops. Hops flavors are grassy, piny, resiny and peppery along with an easygoing bitterness. Muted juicy flavors of grapefruit pith, lemon, peach and unripe strawberry over a dry cracker, wheat and oats background.
Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel owing to the oats. The carbonation has a crispness while the dry finish has a pleasant grassy and peppery hops burn.
This is an excellent IPA and I wouldn’t expect anything less from Grimm! Tasty and refreshing combining the best of both worlds in terms of juiciness and bitterness.

Hazy yellow with a white head, very flavorful and still tasted fresh for an over 3 month old IPA. Last can from a 4 pack dated 12/10/18. Haven't had a lot from Grimm but i've enjoyed what i have tried !

Pours a hazy, cloudy light straw color, sticky white head. Huge resinous hoppy aroma, dank with tropical fruit notes. Very unique tasting IPA, still has loads of dankness, lots of guava, some mango, pineapple, lemon, slightly bitter finish. Appropriate carbonation. Overall an enjoyable IPA.
