Hyperfocus Mosaic is the third in our series of single hop double IPA’s. It highlights Mosaic, one of our all-time favorite hops. Overflowing with flavors of super ripe tropical fruit, roses, kiwi, honeydew melon, and orange starburst from biohopping and double dry-hopping.

Hazy golden color with off-white head. Aroma has lots of dank hops and weed. Taste has sweet malt, orange and biscuits with dank hop flavors on top. Medium body and carbonation. Quite nice DIPA leaning on the sweeter side.
