Notes:
Maximum Boogie triple IPA is a rollercoaster ride of tropical flavors. It is absurdly saturated with juicy hop tones of overripe fruit. With a hop rate of 9 lbs per barrel — radically hop bursted and double dry hopped — this 10% monster tastes something like an orange/strawberry/banana/guava/mango/coconut smoothie.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thin collar around the edge and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of honeydew melon, mango and strawberry are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and is packed with lots of fruity flavors, particularly those of tropical fruits. There are hints of alcohol in the finish.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: You can definitely get a sense that this is a strong beer from the hints of alcohol in the taste but this is made up for by the amount of fruity aromas and flavors that are packed into the smell and taste.

Pours a hazy yellow orange with a small fluffy head that ends up as light lacing.
Smells of slightly dank piney hops , pine apple and mango.
Tastes of pineapple, mango and sweet citrus. There is a slightly bitter finish. The alcohol hides well.
Medium body and light carbonation. Lightly syrupy mouthfeel.
This is a fruit forward IPA that has very little bitterness. It's delicious and should be enjoyable for those who don't like bitter IPA's .

No canning date - tasted 12/29/20. This beer is tremendous - one of the most approachable triple IPAs I've ever had. It somehow manages to feel light, despite having a rich and tongue-coating mouthfeel and 10% ABV. I'm growing to love Cashmere hops, and here the blend with Citra makes for a fruity mega-bomb of a beer. Grimm did a wonderful job of balancing bitterness, citrus, dankness, and sweetness. Everyone should try this.

Cashmere and Citra hop explosion, extremely approachable for 10% with the ABV masterfully hidden.

Pretty tasty beer. Very fruity, but definitely taste the alcohol at 10%.

Look is that of a beautiful New England IPA, hazy orange golden yellow. Smells like the cross between grapefruit and pineapple. Gotta get close to smell that though. Taste is citrus and bitter. Alcohol not entirely hidden though, which is understandable being a triple IPA.
All in all quite good but probably a step too far for me personally!
