Canopy Door spotlights the extremely rare and highly sought after Australian Enigma hops, sister to Galaxy. With our dry-hopping elixir of Enigma, El Dorado, Simcoe, and Citra hops, we’ve coaxed flavors of berries, stone fruit, and tropical delights— Raspberry, Peach, Strawberry, Grape, Mango, Nectarine, and Melon topped off with cinnamon.

3d poohbah review. The brewer touts, and this does not disappoint, tho I cannot tease them all apart: "berries, stone fruit, and tropical delights— Raspberry, Peach, Strawberry, Grape, Mango, Nectarine, and Melon topped off with cinnamon."
a) Cantalope colored body, rosy, rich lacing head.
s) Melon, grape, stonefruit, orchard.
t) More ripening orchard fruit, soft peach, grape, balanced by tea-like tannins and cinnamon - It's true!
f) creamy, drying,.
o) Original, I suppose mostly due to rare OZ Enigma hops layered with many domestic others.

Pours cloudy orange color with a 2 finger thick foamy head that faded slowly and left nice lacing coating the glass. Smells of tangerine, grapefruit, lemon zest, starfruit, honey, orange peel, caramel, biscuit and light peppery spices. The flavor is more powerful with the tropical fruit and brings mango or papaya to the party, followed by grapefruit, tangerine, lemon zest, orange peel, honey, caramel, biscuit and light peppery spices like tea leaf or coriander. Really smooth and tasty, it hides the ABV and flows down easy.
