Packed to the brim with our hand-selected Amarillo hops from Coleman Agriculture, our newest single-hop imperial IPA is Hyperfocus Amarillo! One of the first game-changing fruit-forward hops to emerge from the Pacific Northwest, Amarillo boasts extraordinarily high levels of the essential oil myrcene — responsible for that delightful lemon/orange/grapefruit aroma. Dry hopping twice in the presence of our unique house yeast strain brings out powerful notes of peach and apricot, rainbow sherbet, and gummy rings.

On tap at Swillburger/The Playhouse in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a partially hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and a bit of lacing.
This smells like dry grassiness, lemon, grapefruit rind, candied stone fruit, and weed.
Amarillo is typically a favorite of mine, and this one does it pretty well. It's quite bitter, but in a good way for me. There's grapefruit and lemon rind, along with fresh cut grass. There's some candied and slightly syrupy stone fruit - apricot and peach - along with some pineapple.
This is light bodied, and just a hint of syrupy as it warms up for a while. It's still pretty drinkable.
This one has a leg up for me due to the Amarillo. It's done pleasantly.
