L: A light yellow color not much different from lemonade.
S:: Sweet lemon flavor.
T: A slow foamy start into a sweet, simple lemon flavor. Unlike Carpe Diem Mañana from The Ale Apothecary, it's not actually very sour at all. Rather the citrus notes peak a bit but live a lot longer with the after taste. It's not as exciting as some other beers but it doesn't need to be since it's soft and enjoyable.
F: Light lemon flavor.
O: The less sour and lighter in flavor counterpart to Carpe Diem Mañana (CDM) from The Ale Apothecary that's equally as enjoyable but serves a different niche. Where CDM is good for hot summer days where you want flavor, this one is more enjoyable all year around and pairs with other things.

Mid sized bottle, w/o any sort of dating info that I can find.
Pours fully hazed, lighter dull yellowy in color, whispy and frothy lasting off white cap, leaves a bunch of strands of lacing.
Lemon/lime nose with a hint of earthy funk.
Delicious and quite complex brew, bright lemon and lime up front a bit more then moderate sour, earthy, barnyardy, nutty, yeasty...very enjoyable and well worth a try....fine brew from Grimm in Brooklyn

Pours hazy yellow. A bit toot art for my liking but has a great nose and tastes of oak and Brett. Refreshing with a white head and good lacing. Solid beer.
