Bottle from the brewery in Brooklyn NYC, during the 2020 COVID pause. Pours opaque dark gold with a fluffy white head and excellent lacing, smell is rose perfume, potpourri, and hints of fresh cut grass, taste follows the nose with rose petal sweetness up front that transitions into tart under ripe apricot and a funky grassy finish, this beer is light and bright with excellent carbonation. A rose forward sour delight!
