Notes:
A new twist on Classic Rewind—our west coast-inspired IPA—this single-hopped rendition features the well-rounded Simcoe varietal. Notes of bright citrus with earthy undertones is layered with west coast malt character and a lingering resinous bite of piney bitterness. A highly drinkable east meets west coast IPA, this beer oozes forest sap and dank-spiked fruitiness.

A: The beer is hazy yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thin collar around the edge of the glass and some lacing down the sides.
S: Moderate aromas of grapefruit citrus are present in the nose along with notes of pine.
T: The taste follows the smell and has a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found this beer to have a lot of complexities for a single hop IPA.

Pours a semi clear orange with soft, fluffy head.
Smell is fruity with notes of pine, green tea, citrus, peach and red Non Stops.
Taste is fruity and bit dank. Notes of pine, citrus, tea, peach and grass with a solid bitterness and a slightly floral finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and pillowy with good carbonation.
Overall, another very nice, clean Grimm IPA.

Absolutely delicious but I found little to no bitterness just a super drinkable beer.

This hazy orange can pour hosts 2 cm of foam and a faint aroma of pine. The flavor is prominently resinous. Some orange and tropical fruit notes are in the margins. The hop bitterness is moderate.
The mouthfeel is smooth, full and the finish is somewhat dry.
This is a “dank” (sorry) West-Coast style IPA, a tasty one!

Canned 7/29/20, rated 8/8/20. A really tasty new beer from Grimm! Rich, slightly hazy orange appearance with foam that lingered all the way to the end. The smell didn't pop in any remarkable way, but the flavor was great. A fresh burst of melon and tropical fruit, with plenty of pungent dank Simcoe hoppiness at the back end. It also had a substantial, creamy mouthfeel - really delicious overall!
