Clear bronze colored beer. Nose is ruby red grapefruit and pine. Taste is fresh pressed grapefruit juice, pith, and resinous douglas fir. Finishes with a clean, dry bitterness. Crispy mouthfeel. Beautiful, classic WCIPA.

Love the West Coast bitterness, a unique initial citrus sweetness that ends with a pith bitter that is actually very lush. Really love this!

Look: Amber hue, not very hazy, modest white foam head.
Smell: A palpable orange aroma, cotton candy and watermelon.
Taste: Some orange flavor along with a sweet bitterness. Pink bubblegum.
Feel: Regular amount of carbonation, sweet but not cloying.
Overall: An interesting and complex beer but hard to describe.

"West coast-style" IPA pours an opaque golden orange, no sediment, solid one-inch head. Nose is tropical fruit and dank hops, bit of evergreen. Taste fulfills the west coast promise - juicy and dank, a bit of candy sugar, but there is a significant bitter background here to prevent things from swinging overly sweet. Finishes rather bitter as well, inviting another sip or two. Mouthfeel is moderate, light carbonation. More of these, please.
