Canned 10/12/20, tasted 1/22/21. I liked this sour a lot - very intriguing smell and taste, with a good balance of citric sourness with sweetness to keep it from being too astringent. I liked the feel as well - very smooth and almost a touch creamy, which was interesting for a sour beer. The look was also appealing - clear and bright yellow with some short-lived foam. I would definitely pick up another of these the next time I see one.

Look: Very bright, straw yellow color with a two finger cloud white head of foam. Excellent lacing.
Aroma: Lemon zest. Sour orange. Lactobacillus, pleasant . Apricot. Mildly sugary. Sour lemon with powdered sugar.
Taste: Very, very interesting. Apricot. Tangy grapefruit. Sour vanilla, if that makes any sense, as strange as it sounds - it's incredibly good, balanced against a backdrop of tangy lemon with a very, very mildly malty/sweet orange sherbert flavor on the tail end.
Feel: Crisp. Zesty. Light body but still hearty. High carb. Sessionable. Easy drinking and refreshing.
