L - typical Grimm (hazy sunflower color, lacing)

S - pretty pungent, lots of citrus rind, unique floral note

T - bitter in a very pleasant way, grapefruit, guava

F - typical Grimm (medium thickness, medium/low carb)

O - very happy to see such strong aromas and flavors in a mere 6.5% abv package, and excited to try more beers with Talus hops

ARPA - Advanced Research Projects Agency (US DoD; is now DARPA)
632 or 692 are contract category designations in its taxonomy.
a) Nothing other worldly here, yellow haze bomb, with scant last or lace.
s) Grapefruit, dominates with perfume and pineapple. Big.
t) Also big pungent flavor citrus fruit shake.
f) Prickly, ticklely.
o) Despite being grapefruit dominant, the sum is good as are most of Grimm's (t) Ales.

Unsure of what all these letters and numbers mean, the only thing to do is to empty a pint can into a clear Imperial pint glass. The color of the erstwhile can contents is a yellow-amber and its pour produced a modest slightly off-white head that didn't maintain itself. There's a vague smell of hops and malt, but it's muted, non-discript and not particularly appealing. The taste is OK, with the hops citrusy and dominant. There is also an unwelcome perfume aspect to the taste which the nose didn't pick up. The malt contributions are weak, both in taste and mouthfeel. One dimensional, in that it brings a citrusy hop note sharply, but without any depth. No glass lacing, nor bothersome taste of alcohol is present. Not bad at what it does, but not close to being a great AIPA.

Experimental hop 692 (Talus) and Equanot, juicy fruit guzzler, carbonation and mouthfeel just right.
