Notes:
IPA, featuring Strata, SImcoe & Citra hops, is coming fresh off the canning line! Aromas of guava, peach rings, spearmint and white grape are followed by more subtle, earthy flavors of citrus zest and dry forest floor. Light in body with a satisfying bitter finish.

3/15/21 can from brewery in Brooklyn. Pours a hazy light gold with a finger of creamy head, nice lacing, smell is dank cotton candy, grapefruit zest, peach rings, tropical fruit juice/ACE, hints of coconut, pineapple, spicy pine, and sour cream and onion mashed potatoes, taste is vegetal/dank grapefruit, mild pine, grapefruit zest, hints of tropical fruit, and crispy ciabatta bread, feel is medium bodied, some bite, fluffy carbonation. A raw fruity dank/citrusy treat.

Pours a hazy yellow orange color. A large foam cap head retains well and yields sticky lacing throughout.
The nose is very fruity and tropical with notes of mango, papaya, pineapple and a touch of pineapple. Later still, the aromas become increasingly dank and pungent with notes of grass, chives, bright citrus and weed.
Juicy but not overly sweet, as it has a nice dry edge. Biscuity and honey malts support juicy notes of pineapple, mango, papaya, peach and lime. The herbal spices are strong with notes of pine, grass and chives, increasingly resinous and appropriately bitter. The finish is dry with a strong resiny hops spices.
Medium bodied and opening with a smooth and creamy mouthfeel. However, the developing hops spices add a twang that hints at crispness. The carbonation is moderate to lively.
This was pretty crushable and hit the sweet spot at 6.5. Good for satisfying a hops fix and tasty to boot.
