-watermelon colored bottle pour with a thin white foam ring and an aroma of sunflower seeds !? (Really).
The flavor is superb. Lemon and sumac notes provide tartness.
There is a persistent back-of -the -tongue bite and pleasant dryness.
I really like this brew.
