Hopped with El Dorado, Rakau, and Hallertau Blanc, this beer delivers aromas of tangerine, white grape, and jasmine flowers. On the palate, notes of orchard fruit and candied orange are balanced by an earthy, pithy finish. Designed with maximum drinkability in mind, Flower Record is a bright, light, and clean sipper.

Tall can....with "canned 07/06/23" stamped on the bottom
Quality look to the hazed n juiced NEIPA pour...minor cap and leaving a fine bubble film and some low ringed sheeting.
Delicate sniff of the expected tropical fruit notes.
On the palate its again soft tropical fruit notes with lime, lemon, melon and some mango coming to mind...yum yum yum...go get some

On tap at 40 Thieves in Buffalo, NY.
This one pours a very hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells pretty floral, or maybe my mind is filling that in due to the name. There’s also pineapple, tangerine, and white grape.
Grimm still consistently puts out very good IPAs. There’s a nice dry bitterness on the back end, floral and piney, but with a very juicy and creamy hop character up front.
This is medium bodied, creamy, and very drinkable.
This was very solid, and worth a look if you ever see it.

Looks like oats, many oats went into this one. Emptying a pint can into a clear glass liter mug reveals a murky dirty blond colored brew, carrying a white head. The head is ample, but manageable. It's not tightly packed and it probably won't last long. Keeping with a characteristic oats provide, this is not particularly aromatic. There's some orange, but it's more like Tang than fresh squeezed. Here's proof oats don't bring the aroma barley malt does. The orange aspect is the same in the taste, except it's muddled by the oats and it bitters, like biting the rind, at the finish. It's actually a good thing, because the taste is fairly bland until that bite. It’s a bite than lingers an as it builds and subsequent samples improve by becoming more complex. There's no wonderful balance like barley malt can deliver, but there is a grainy sweetness that makes a good foil to the bitter finish. Used judiciously, oats can provide a great mouthfeel and that’s true here. It's supple and smooth, even though it's not rich. By the finish, there was practically no head, nor glass lacing. This isn't outstanding, but it's decent.

Pours a murky gold. Not getting too much on the nose— a bit of citrus. Drinks cleaner than it looks— almost crisp. Light notes of orange, grape, and flowers. It’s an easy drinking beer— would not have guessed it is 6.8%. At $20 a 4-pack, I’m not going back for more, though.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy and a bit pale yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head.
S: Light to moderate aromas of pear and candy are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional notes of stone fruit and pine. Little to no bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The aromas and flavors of El Dorado hops really seem to stand out in this beer, lending some interesting aromas and flavors.

1st review. Amazing mid-weight IPA.
a) Pollen laden payload over loaded hazed body with lacing, lasting head.
s) Pollen, wood cabinet, medicine cabinet, citrus blossoms, honeysuckle.
t) Follows the smell like a bee.
f) Chalky, powdery, clean. Bee pollen feel.
o) Original, rare in a sea of IPAs.
