Pours a golden with white head. Pineapple, strawberry, cantaloupe, maybe some kiwi as well. This definitely delivers more on the nose than it does in flavor. There's some pineapple and kiwi along with some birch bark.

Fresh and fruity brew, more mango, ripe pineapple and a smoky drying finish...mighty fine stuff...well worth a try

L - like mango juice, almost no head unless poured very aggressively
S - passion fruit for days, subtle grainy/vegetal/dank notes hidden behind an irresponsible amount of passion fruit
T - some pineapple gets added to the passion fruit, medium sweetness, malts way in background, dries up on the long but only mildly bitter finish, which is citrus-rind-like
F - medium plus thickness, medium minus carb, slight hop burn on the last sips as it warms
O - would definitely buy again, up there with Grimm's best (for me)
I expected Strata to emphasize Mosaic's dankness and instead it's a passion fruit bomb, even moreso than any all-Mosaic beers I've had. Clearly I'm confused about Strata. Sometimes I think I'm fooling myself in thinking I have any idea what a beer will be like based on its hops.
