Notes:
Unfiltered, double decoction mashed dry-hopped pilsner. Xenos features an experimental "new world" lager hop varietal (IHO33) from Indie Hops. Delicate aromas of bergamot tea and lemon peel blend beautifully with flavors of honeysuckle, citrus pith and honeycomb. Exceptionally clean and crushable!

Pours a slightly hazy rich straw yellow from the can, big 3" fluffy head that retreats slowly with moderate lacing. Nose is bread dough and lemon, oysterettes, black pepper. Taste is very doughy up front, followed by mild sweetness; light floral elements, but doesn't drift into potpourri territory. Not much in way of bitterness, however, so it plays a little one-dimensional. Mouthfeel is soft with rounded carbonation. Overall, another highly enjoyable lager from these folks.
