On tap at Brazil Craft Beer and Wine Lounge in Jamestown, NY.

This one pours a reasonably hazy golden orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like orange tangerine juice, pineapple, mango, juicy fruit bubble gum, and melon.

This is solid stuff, with just a hint of floral bitterness, and lots of juicy and fluffy hop character – melon, lemon, tangerine, orange, all candied and delicious.

This is light bodied, clean, creamy, and crisp, with a good drinkability.

Grimm IPAs have always been solid, and have always been worth an order.

A: The beer is very hazy and a bit pale yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that quickly died down, leaving a thin collar around the edge and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of grapes and gooseberry are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional notes of lychee and hints of herbs. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied, juicy and a bit crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The Citra and Phantasm really seem to stand out in in this IPA. It also drinks rather well considering its strength.

The addition of Phantasm adds new dimensions to this beer. Lots of fruit flavors. Citrus, notable grape and tropical fruit. Smooth
MF. Not very hoppy. One of the better DIPAs from Grimm.
