From the pint can, it pours a hazy light amber color with nice white head that slowly reduces. Lacing. The nose gets a nice soft citrus scent. The mouth follows with a soft mouthfeel and a pleasant, ever so slightly sour, flavor.

Hazy rich yellow/maize with a ring of carbonation that dissipated after about a minute. Bright citrus scent with grapefruit rind with a hint of dankness that continues through the first sip; it tastes just like it smells and that is a good thing. Slight piney bitterness (Simcoe?) but not overbearing. Dangerously drinkable at 6.7%…really good.

Pours a cloudy/semi hazy golden color. Moderate foam head retains well.
The aroma is dank and perfumy with fruity/floral hops delighting the nose. Notes of melon, mango, passion fruit, lime, grass and pungent herbs.
Taste opens with a rounded and sweet malt backbone, bready and chewy, yet, is soon dominated by juicy hops flavors. Tropical notes of mango, pineapple, and passion fruit, citrusy notes of grapefruit and lime. Increasingly herbal with peppery, grassy and piney spices adding a nice finish.
Medium bodied and smooth. Carbonation is moderate and feels appropriate.
Solid hazy IPA with some nice hops flavors, and very drinkable. I would have again.

A lot of brewers are shifting away from the NEIPA style. I personally like the NEIPA as my favorite IPA style.
With strata, cashmere, Idaho 7 and Citra hops the taste is far from a NEIPA. A champagne like MF, earthy aroma from the Idaho 7 and some tropical fruit/other fruit. Not my favorite approach to an IPA, but a good beer.
