Notes:
For this update to our beloved Lambo Door, we took advantage of Phantasm, a magical substance made from the skins of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Phantasm is loaded with precursors of thiols, the substances we nowadays recognize as the source of tropical fruit flavors in IPA. Everyone’s favorite DIPA has been amped up with a massive wave of extra gummy bears, mango nectar, and heavy red grape.

Pours a hazy golden, maybe some green tints as well. It is super citrusy on the nose, I get peach, fresh Florida oranges, maybe some Mint or Sage as well. Basil? It is very citrus forward, lots of tangerine and ripe Florida orange. Some textured some grapefruit peel. It is a bit gummy bearsy. It is on the sweet side bringing out that fruit character. It's soft. It's good!

Can from the brewery in Brooklyn. Pours a hazy pale yellow gold with a flash of of fluffy white head, decent lacing; smell is candied peach, mango, cantaloupe, orange zest, citrus donut, coconut creme, and tropical cotton candy; taste is ACE and tropical fruit juice, mango sorbet, orange marmalade, orange cotton candy, yellow cake, mild citrus pith; feel is medium bodied, creamy carbonation, mild hop bite. A juicy, fruity, candied hop treat.
