At 5.5%, WW (short for Wave Weisse) is a punchy, refreshing remix. WW cross-pollinates our new, first-ever flagship beers: Wavetable (juicy IPA), and Weisse (double-decoction hefeweissbier). Taking the grist of our hefe (60% German malted wheat) and treating it on the cold side like Wavetable, we fermented WW with our unique house IPA strain and finished with a generous dry hop of Strata, Citra, and Mosaic. The result is a double-decoction wheat IPA that is fluffy, light, and rustic like Weisse, but with brash hoppy tropical aromas and flavors from Wavetable.

A: The beer is very hazy pale whitish yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that quickly settled down, leaving delicate lacing on the surface and down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of tropical fruit hops are present in the nose along with notes of wheat.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the wheat flavors are a bit stronger.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is a unique beer and does a good job at blending the hefeweizen and IPA styles.

Can from the brewery in Brooklyn, part of the 4th Anniversary releases. Pours a hazy pale yellow gold with a finger of frothy white head that’s ticks around, nice lacing; smell is pungent dank herbs, stone fruit, citrus zest, pineapple, mango, orange pulp, white bread, and yellow cake; taste is zesty orange and grapefruit flesh, underripe pineapple, kiwi, hints of pound cake and white bread, assertive herbal/grapefruit bitterness on the finish that lingers, feel is full bodied, velvety carbonation, mild carbonic bite, dry. A fruity yet assertively bitter low-ish ABV treat.
