Cellared for almost a year. Murky semi-opaque orange body with a large off-white head and decent lacing abounding. Smell is brett led with feint barnyard funk, dried dark fruit with hardy yeast. Taste is even more brett dominant to the point of almost tasting like paper, has decent dark fruit especially fig, but weirdly sour with the yeast and then a pungent shop of balsamic vinegar that is a bit harsh. It doesn't seem broken of technically unsound, medium bodied, yeasty and funky, certainly very heavy on the brett. It just doesn't taste good
