No date on the bottle, but been in the cellar/fridge for a while
Pours a bubbly foamy 1/2 finger head with fair retention, touch of lacing, clear slight tan to copper color
Nose has a bit of barnyard funk, wet hay, very flowery as well, straw, fruity undertones, mild tart funky note
Taste brings some funk, not a ton, more barnyard like with a hint of tartness, waxy, some wet hay and straw, floral spices and more flowery almost dandelion like, hint of fruity notes but nothing specific stands out, very mild grassy hop, mostly dry finish
Mouth is med bod, higher effervescent carb
Overall not bad, decent beer in general, doesn't have a ton of Brett funk, pretty mild overall but enjoyable

Cellared for almost a year. Murky semi-opaque orange body with a large off-white head and decent lacing abounding. Smell is brett led with feint barnyard funk, dried dark fruit with hardy yeast. Taste is even more brett dominant to the point of almost tasting like paper, has decent dark fruit especially fig, but weirdly sour with the yeast and then a pungent shop of balsamic vinegar that is a bit harsh. It doesn't seem broken of technically unsound, medium bodied, yeasty and funky, certainly very heavy on the brett. It just doesn't taste good
