In celebration of the 10th year of Grimm beer and the 5th year operating at our Brooklyn Brewery, this intense Triple IPA clocks in at 10% ABV and uses 5 hops: Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin, Strata, Citra, and Luminosa.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy orange pour, thick foamy head. Bready aroma with light fruity notes. Taste is fruity, pear, guava, lychee with some latent bitterness. Creamy feel.

Pours dark orange, light and fluffy head and lacing. Tangy tropical fruit notes on the nose, slightly malty. Quite juicy and citrusy for a TIPA. Big bodied, mouth watering, and well disguised alcohol presence. Tasty.

Gold yellow red opaque body, Thick soapy white head, frothy, holds its shape forever and leaves big swathes of lacing on the glass. Nose is chamomile, dry grass, citrus, papaya, lemongrass, sticky. Taste follows, grapefruit, dank, flowers, rosewater, herbal, stonefruit. Feel is medium to full, a little slick with a bit of booze towards the end.
