Grimm Artisanal Ales

Pours a clear rosé pink, very brief head with no retention and lacing. Nose is horsey and musky wine lees, citric white wine, red stone fruit. Taste lacks the fruit element, but very musky and dusty, brief sweetness and tartness before a very dry and relatively...vacant finish. Tartness does linger some, however, but fruit notes disappear rather quickly. Feel is very light and effervescent. An extremely light (delicate?) beer, and definitely can be see it repackaged as, say, a Horse Blanket Chardonnay Seltzer
