A sour stout from Grimm, this pours (on tap) a dark brown with a foamy coffee 1" head, very good retention and lacing. Nose is acetic with dark fruit, oak/barrel, and roasted malts. Taste is mildly acetic, light fruits and dry malts mid-palate through finish; tannic and dry. Super soft feel with very light carbonation. Very happy to have tried this - the world needs more sour stouts.
