Appearance: On draft. Super hazy pale yellow-gold with 3/4 inch of bubbly bright white foam that was very clingy and long lasting.
Aroma: Mild tropical fruit and citrus.
Taste: Same as nose. Tropical fruit juice, orange juice. Hop bitterness is an afterthought but not forgotten.
Feel: Crisp and juicy.
Overall: Solid all-around hazy IPA. A forewarning to you hardcore IPA fans, the bitterness is on the low side. But the flavor profile is spot-on.
Pairing: On an off-chance, it paired surprisingly well with an artisan grilled chicken sandwich. The citrus of the beer combined with the carmelized onions and toasted bread of the sandwich resulted in something reminiscent of a Chinese food entree with a tangy orange or pineapple glaze on breaded chicken.

Can purchased and drank at Fattey Beer Company in Rochester, NY.
This smells semi grassy, with peach, mango, grapefruit, and tangerine.
This is definitely a big old juice bomb, but there’s still a nice little zesty bitterness to it. There’s lots of stone fruit, juicy and fresh, with a candied fruit feel to it. It’s bold and punchy not completely and overly sweet.
This is lighter bodied, clean, crisp, and very drinkable.
I don’t know if I’ve ever had something with Luminosa hops before, but I think I enjoy them!
