Bottled 2024
Pours a light fizzy pinkish head with low retention, typical sour, slight hazy light cherry red
Nose starts with tart cherries, Balaton cherry, generic almost bramble berry like, then finally some blueberry, light lacto yogurt notes, light doughy malt maybe wheat
Taste comes on fairly tart, some souring bacteria and lacto creamy yogurt notes, maybe some stronger bacteria like pedio, mild doughy malt and wheat, fair tart fruit with some tart cherry juice, some wild blueberries like the small ones, fleshy fruit skin, big acidic bite on the tart flemmy finish
Mouth is med bod, med to a bit higher fizzy carb, acidity on the higher end with flemmy finish
Overall not bad, interesting sour beer with decent fruit notes, nothing crazy but good nonetheless
