Our year-round German Pilsner Light Cone is finally here! Crisp, floral, and bright. This beer benefits from a slow pour to release some of it’s carb into a long-lasting, wiggly-jiggly foam stand. Here's how to pour it the best way, with patience!

Pours straw yellow, 1” eggshell head, good retention and lacing, lots of visible carbonation. Nose is light dough, lemon, grassy hop - subdued but balanced. Taste follows - a little grainy, bitter, and grassy. Feel is very clean, crisp, and with a little weight. Really enjoyable.

Around a pleasant medium body and about the same for carbonation
Aroma is mild citrus, toasted grain, earthy, herbal and floral
Taste is citrus fruit and peel, hop bitterness that definitely builds and dominates the aftertaste. Some cereal, dry ,toasted grain
Overall a really enjoyable beer

From Beer Drop, no dating on the can.
It pours a mostly clear pale gold with over a finger of foam. Excellent lacing and retention.
The smell is noble hops with some spice to them, toasted malt, floral.
The taste is the lovely noble hops, toasted malt, crisp spicy dry and very drinkable.
Medium bodied with medium carbonation, I would drink this again, no problem.

Aroma is fruit, grains/malts and spicy/surprisingly dank hops. The flavor is fruit/hint of tropical fruit, malts/grains, mild bubblegum and a spicy noble hop/mostly smooth finish.

Had a single draft at Split Rock in Cohasset, Massachusetts for about eight dollars. My third brew reviewed from these guys. Not my favorite style, but style.
