The aptly named 7th ANNIVERSARY is a hazy triple IPA and we’re engaging in a bit of numerology here with a blend of seven hop varietals and hopped at a rate of seven pounds of hops per bbl. “GOD IS SEVEN!” We’ve used all of our classic favorite IPA varietals plus some exciting newer hops: Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, Citra, Idaho 7, Simcoe, Nectaron, and Superdelic. The result is an impossibly juicy elixir dripping with hoppy notes of peach, mango, and orange.
Often, we take an anniversary hoppy release as an opportunity to experiment with the latest hop science. NEW TECHNOLOGY is informed by the joint presentation we gave at the NSYCBC conference with Spencer from @yakimachiefhops. For this clear, pungent contemporary American Double IPA, we used significant proportion of Hyperboost, the latest advanced hop product from YCH. Featuring Mosaic, Riwaka, and Rakau, New Technology pours pale and clear and displays powerful lime zest, tangerine, and richly saturated passionfruit, with a strong backing bitterness that is fitting for its West Coast genealogy.

Got in part of a beer trade. No bottling date, consumed on 01/24/26. Left out for about 15 minutes before cracking, poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
A&S: Looks like a hazy triple. Good head retention. Aroma contains tropical fruits,
T&M: Nectarine, tropical fruits. Juciy. Good balance between being too sweet and too hoppy. Very smooth. ABV is fairly well hidden.
Overall: I haven't heard of some of these hops strains Idaho 7, superdelic, and nectaron

On tap at the Abbey Taproom in NC.
Appearance. Puppy pineapple juice with a very good white head.
An exceptionally fruity and hoppy triple IPA. The flavor is ripe with tropical fruit notes and has moderate bitterness for the style.

16oz can from Tavour. Orange/golden pour, looks like orange juice, paper thin layer of fine foam. Citrusy aroma, grapefruit and tangerine. Taste hits with a zesty burst on the tongue, citrusy, oranges, and even more zesty at the finish, along with some ABV warmth. Stops short of being dank

Yellow body, muted color, totally hazy opaque, frothy white head and great lacing. Tons on the nose, dank, lychee, starfruit, cantaloupe, warm orange juice. Taste is bitter and tropical hops dialed way up, along with booze which is clear as well. Mango, orange juice again, and bitter hop and warm booze especially at the end. This is a big beer, and it drinks like it. This one definitely doesn't hide the 9.8% abv
