Red IPA with Simcoe and Idaho 7
Something a little bit alien! Martian Wildlife is a red IPA brewed to delight all of your senses. Brewed in a super-clean old-school West Coast mode, it pours a beautiful reddish hue with good clarity, topped by a rocky white head of foam. Classic Pacific Northwest hop aromas of pine and grapefruit waft from the glass. On the palate those hop tones are backed by a malt richness that never becomes overly sweet or cloying. The long finish reveals a well-integrated bitterness that ties everything together.

Look: deep amber, thick fluffy head, excellent lacing
Smell: citrus zest, pine, grapefruit, apricot, orange
Taste: grapefruit, apricot, orange, pine, citrus zest
Feel: med body, mod carbo, good bitterness, juicy
Overall: 6.6% abv. West Coast style Red IPA with Simcoe and Idaho 7 hops. Juicy feel with good bitterness too but not abrasive. Love the citrus flavors with pine and citrus zest to round her out. Nice new brew to enjoy with good jams. Pairs well with Space Station #5 by Montrose. Cheers!
