Ale with 2 row, crystal malts, tettnang hops with cucumbers added
Too malty for my taste. Cucumbers galore in nose and finish. Malts are too heavy for something I would want to be much lighter. I would like to see this again with lager yeasts and pilsner malts or a light saison with cucumbers. The fruitiness from the yeast is a little too much (too dark too stewed). Call me an idiot but I swear they used Belgian yeasts cuz I get a lot of that raisiny note I taste in Belgians. Great idea tho and could be awesome.
