Caramel & mild chocolate notes w/ a mild spice bill. Someone who brewed this lived there or has done extreme homework.
Perfect lacing on the pour, pairs amazing with some of their pizzas.
This brewery will be exceptional amongst all the saturation in this craft beer market.

Innovative and exceptionally complex dark Belgian-style session ale.
Dark ruby in color. Craft is evident in the interplay of up-front, bold roast that slopes to a hop finish--a complete teeter-totter.
One of the more unique Belgian-style session ales I've tried.
