Schilling is a progressive European-influenced small-batch brewery located in NH's White Mountains. 99% of Schilling beer is sold on-site in pints and growlers from the family-owned brewery in Littleton, NH, which is housed in a restored 18th-century grist mill on the Ammonoosuc River. The brewery's adjoining taproom also features gourmet wood-fired pizzas, in addition to other locally-influenced foods.
