Our interpretation of a smoked wheat beer – a centuries old Polish tradition. Oak smoked wheat malt provides surprisingly delicate but ever-present smokey highlights and a soft mouthfeel. Capped with beautiful white foam, this unique beer finishes dry and crisp.

Lightly smoked, smooth finish. Good dinner beer.

Can from the Packie
Lightly hazy deep yellow color with a thin white head that persists.
Lightly sour smokey earthy floral maltiness with hints of earthy spicy hops to counter. Odd brew but one of the best I've tried for the style.

This is a very refreshing beer! It's a bit light for my state, but it's smooth and tasty.
A hazy pale yellow straw color beer with a bit of a white foam. It may be true to the style, but looks a bit too light to me.
The aroma is elegantly smokey as is the taste. There is a bit of a light spicy hop bite similar to German Pils and a soft delicately sweet mouthfeel.
It's a bit lighter smokiness wise and a bit higher ABV wise than Polish brewed ones. I actually liked this balance achieved by Schilling.
Overall a nice lawnmower beer. Can't say it'll be my table beer, but it'll do on occasion.

Pours a fizzy foamy almost 1 finger head with good retention, a bit of lacing, slight hazy light pale color
Nose brings a nice smoke, light overall smoke but prevalent, little smoked with a hint of campfire but more smoked cheese character, hint of lemony notes, creamy doughy malts,
Taste brings mild smoke again, more like smoked cheese, touch of smoldering wood, light lactic acid note I think with a touch of a lemony tart tangy character, a bit of a bitter spicy herbal hop, more creamy doughy malts, soft, raw sourdough , touch of tannin from smoke, drier soft finish, lingering spicy hope bitterness
Mouth is med to lighter bod, soft creamy lager like character, touch of astringency on the finish, med carb
Overall pretty good, really enjoyed it initially then the spicy hops kick in a bit too much and make the finish a little unpleasant as the smoke and hops clash a bit

Looks like an alagash white or a hazy pale ale. Its cloudy.
But its flavor is completely pure and unadulterated. Great soft fizzy mouthfeel. Light and refreshing. Could put back twelve of these. Dont you dare challenge me.

Bottle from the brewery. Cloudy beigish orange with lasting rocky dense head. Strong smoky aroma with wheat tang and spicy clove. Medium light tangy fruity dough sweetness. Very bitter wood smoke and spice finish for style. Slightly heavy for style but beautifully carbonated fine and not fizzy. Excellent.

Pours a hazy blonde with a thick, frothy long-lasting head and excellent lacing. A mild smokiness is the first thing I notice in the aroma, but it is backed by bready malt and a somewhat noble hop character. Very full flavor for such a light beer, the smoke is in perfect balance with the bready wheat malt, modest bitterness and hint of tartness. Despite finishing very dry and crisp, it also has a very lush, and creamy mouthfeel. Overall, a richly flavored brew that is refreshing and delightful to drink. This would be a summertime staple in my fridge if it were always available.
