Pours an opaque whitish yellow, 1" head with moderate retention but very good lacing. Nose is doughy from a good two feet away immediately after opening, grassy with light malt character. Taste develops once this warms slightly, with clove, dried banana, mulling spices, and dough; finish is very long with yeasty raw dough notes. Feel is on the full side with fine carbonation. This was really delicious and made for a great beer with food.

From a 16 oz. can dated 4/16/21. Sampled April 25, 2021.
It looks like a wheat beer with its yellow light colored cloudy pour under an enormous fluffy white head.
The aroma emits sensations of wheat, clove, coriander, Belgian yeast, and orange.
Light mouthfeel.
The taste is sweet with a notable wheat and spice flavor. It's on par for the style.

16 oz can into a wheat beer glass.
Pours hazy and bright yellow with a huge, fluffy white head. Good retention. Leaves some splotches of lacing before settling into a blanket of foam. For this style, this beer is gorgeous.
The aroma is everything you expect from a Witbier and then some: Tons of fruity esters and banana chips, with some grassiness and hay and a fair bit of funk. The back end Is all about the wheat bread with a touch of vanilla and herbal spices.
The flavor follows the nose: Bananas and fruity esters with some bubblegum, hay, grass, and funk. Tons of wheat bread and freshly baked biscuits on the back with the foggiest idea of vanilla wafers and coriander on the finish. Such a well-balanced flavor.
The feel is light bodied with good carbonation. Nicely crisp, yet creamy with a modestly dry finish.
Overall, I fuckin love this beer. I am absolutely not an expert on the style but this is almost certainly my favorite. It hits all the notes expected yet pushes the flavor above anything else I've had. It's sweet, malty, yeasty and drinkable as hell. Schilling knows what the fuck they are doing. Drink their beer. Seriously.

Small pour next to the food truck on the last of 4 nights here this week. Murky witbier with a hint of Belgian yeast. Tasty, not surprising!

Pours a pale color with a finger of head. The nose has notes of wheat and Belgian yeast. The flavor has modest funk and there is tremendously hearty body.
