A Wild Grisette brewed with pilsner malt, malted wheat, and a touch of rye, flaked barley, and spelt. Fermented with a French Saison yeast and sent to our wild room where it finished with various strains of brettanomyces. Lemon zest, pear, light funkiness. Finishes dry and refreshing.
