Our take on a modern West Coast IPA. Humboldt has a lean malt character with bright hop aromatics. Hopped with Simcoe, Centennial and Citra. Notes of tropical fruit, dank citrus and pine, the finish is drier and more bitter than what you would find in a New England IPA.

Solid West Coast style IPA. Great head retention. Nose is piney. Taste is piney and everything you'd expect from the style and Schilling as a brewery.

Can into IPA Glass (Canned NA)
Look: Lightly cloudy golden yellow, pouring a 1finger, frothy-near fizzy head which dissipated kind of quick into a thin cap
Smell: Grassy and piney hops. Some crackery malt and lemon zest. Weak nose
Taste: Piney, resinous and herbally hops up front, with a medium bitterness. Crackery malt really hides in there, but there is a good touch of citrus zest to lighten it up. Finish has a lingering piney and crackery notes
Feel: Light-medium body, moderate carbonation, slightly dry finish. Tongue coating aftertaste
Overall: Good brew. Not the biggest fan of west coast IPA but this one hits the spot. Another banger from Schilling
