Notes: Wood smoke, peppery spice, salt, and earthy hops characterize this revivalist session ale. A specialty beer inspired by the Polish town of Grodzisk Wielkopolski, it finishes malty and slightly sour. Great as a unique stand-alone or as an accompaniment to any of our wood-fired pizzas.

Crowler shared by someone Friday night, thank you anonymous BFD'er.
Dark brown in color with a smallish off white head. Big smoky earthy yeasty nose. Flavor is what the nose promised. Big campfire wheat and yeasty earthy flavors. Little to no hop flavor or aroma. Light easy to drink but a bit to heavy on the smoke for my tastes.
